4. Software License

When you purchase a SpacesCut license, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software according to the plan and license terms purchased.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• A license is intended for the customer who purchased it.
• A license may not be resold, transferred, rented, or distributed without written permission.
• License keys must not be publicly shared.
• License keys must not be published on websites, forums, social media, or other public platforms.
• Users must not attempt to bypass license activation or verification systems.

The purchase of a license does not transfer ownership of the SpacesCut software or its intellectual property to the customer.

5. License Activation and Devices

SpacesCut may use license activation systems, device information, or other technical mechanisms to verify authorized use of the software.

Depending on the selected plan, a license may have restrictions regarding:

• Number of devices
• Number of activations
• License duration
• Available features
• Software versions
• Usage limitations

Attempting to bypass or manipulate these restrictions is prohibited.

SpacesCut may deactivate licenses that are being used in violation of these Terms.

6. Payments

All purchases made through SpacesCut are digital transactions.

Before completing a transaction, you are responsible for ensuring that:

• Your account information is accurate.
• The selected product or license is correct.
• The payment amount is correct.
• You have authorization to use the selected payment method.

SpacesCut may use third-party payment providers to process transactions.

SpacesCut does not intentionally store sensitive banking passwords, card PINs, or similar authentication credentials.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code from the software.
• Modify or bypass license protection mechanisms.
• Circumvent security or authentication systems.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to SpacesCut accounts, servers, databases, or systems.
• Use the service to distribute malware or malicious software.
• Interfere with the operation or security of SpacesCut.
• Use SpacesCut for unlawful activities.
• Abuse automated systems, APIs, or other technical resources.
• Use another person's account without authorization.

SpacesCut may take appropriate action when prohibited activity is detected.

9. User Content and Responsibility

Users are responsible for all videos, files, media, text, images, audio, and other content processed using SpacesCut.

You represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions, licenses, or authorization to use and process such content.

SpacesCut does not claim ownership of user content merely because the content is processed through the software.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of SpacesCut does not violate:

• Trademark rights
• Privacy rights
• Intellectual property rights
• Platform rules
• Applicable laws and regulations

10. Third-Party Platforms and Services

SpacesCut may interact with or be used alongside third-party services, platforms, payment providers, cloud services, communication services, or other external systems.

SpacesCut is not responsible for changes, interruptions, restrictions, suspensions, or policies imposed by third-party platforms.

Users are responsible for complying with the rules of any third-party platform they use together with SpacesCut.

All SpacesCut software, website designs, branding, logos, trademarks, documentation, graphics, interfaces, and related materials are owned by or licensed to SpacesCut unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a license does not grant ownership of SpacesCut's intellectual property.

Updates may be required to continue using certain features or versions of the software.

Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important files and data.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SpacesCut and its operators, affiliates, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use SpacesCut.

• Profits
• Files

• Productivity

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

16. Account Suspension and Termination

SpacesCut may suspend or terminate access to an account, license, or service when there is reasonable evidence of:

Termination does not automatically eliminate obligations that arose before termination.
